Turn-key pasta factories

In this section of our site, we offer you a wide range of equipment for the complete cycle production of pasta (short pasta, vermicelli, lasagna "sochny" for "besbarmak") by Italian technology by soft and semolina flour for production 1000 kg to 24000 kg per pasta day.

Classic pasta

Production lines for dry pasta featuring output from 50 up to 750 Kgs per hour by automatic, continuous extruders equipped with automatic dosers for flour and liquids, centrifuge pre-mixing system and vacuum extrusion device. 
Thanks to additional cutting devices (e.g. “penne”-cutter, impulse-cutter for cannelloni) and accessory pasta machines (nesting machines, lasagne machines, shearing-folding machines, etc.) you can also obtain special shapes besides all short pasta shapes. After being shaped by the pasta die the pasta is cut at the desired length and transferred on to the pasta pre-dryer to undergo initial pre-drying. 
Distribution of the product onto the looms and stacking of the looms onto the dryer trolleys are effected automatically by the loom-feeder and the automatic loom stacker located at the end of the production line: consequently, no operators/labour are required. The pasta dryers for the final drying phase of the product can be equipped with electric heating or with batteries for thermal exchange by hot water or steam; also, they are equipped with PLC to control and store the various drying parameters. 
Thanks to the analysis of air fluxes and control of the time-temperature-humidity parameters a specific drying program corresponds to each pasta shapes, which each customer can then customize and store.

Short pasta, nests, lasagne and special shapes

Oriental noodle, vaccum free lasagna lines

The line is equipped with a special cooled space for a pre- mixing of solution (egg solid or shell egg, water, salt and other additives on client’s request), automatic dough-maker takes given percent of liquid with PLC dosing it electrically with a minimum error + \ - 0.02%.

Considering the gluten flour and physicochemical characteristics of dough, we offer additional options of dough rolling, i.e. extended conveyors, that allows dough "rest" during the way from one rolling unit to another making the dough look like it was hand-rolling made.

This line can produce Jaima sheets with different width and length and cut oriental pasta, kespe, tagliatelle into different width (non - vacuum production, which gives quicker product cooking - 2 minutes). 

Spaghetti production 200-500 kg/h

Automatic, continuous extruders are used for long pasta production, equipped with head for linear dies coupled with the automatic spreading machine. 
After spreading onto the sticks the pasta is trimmed in length and the scraps are transferred automatically to the extruder mixer by means of a pneumatic system. Then, one operator shall have to put the sticks onto the trolleys and push them into the dryers. 
The dryers are equipped with specific ventilation system and humidity exhaust system for long pasta enabling initial pre-drying phase (thus eliminating any extra costs for a pre-drying tunnel) which is automatically set in the PLC to the electric control panel. After drying one operator will take the trolleys out of the dryers, put the sticks onto the stick-removing machine, which automatically removes the long pasta, cutting it at the desired length for transport to the packaging machine.

“Multipla” multi-purpose line (short-cut, spaghetti, lasagna and nest)

“Multipla” line for production of any pasta shapes
Quite high flexibility, reduced overall dimensions and easy operation are the main features of the “Multipla” line suitable for the production of any shapes of short, long and special pasta. The extruder is fitted with double extrusion head: round head, for the production of short pasta and special shapes and linear head, for the production of long pasta, enabling change of production typology in a very short time, so as not to have to disassemble or remove any machinery. All production phases are automatic and are the same for the single production of short and long pasta as described in their specific paragraphs. Upon demand the entire line can be controlled by PLC fitted on the main control panel.
