Suitable for the production of alimentary pasta, designed and manufactured to meet continuous cycle production needs of small pasta producers and industries. Manufactured as per the latest technology and entirely built in stainless steel this machine is to the EEC hygienical and safety standards.
The MAC 100 VR model is equipped with speed variator enabling variable output and is particularly suitable for direct coupling with forming machines.

VACUUM VERSION

Special version with vacuum extrusion device enabling to obtain more homogeneous dough and final product which is more colourful and air micro bubbles-free

Extruder for the production of alimentary pasta designed and manufactured to respond to the requirements of continuous cycle productions for pasta labs and small industries. Manufactured adopting the most modern technologies, built entirely in stainless steel it is to the EEC hygiene and safety standards.

Structural features:

  • the Mixing basins, with capacity 50 Kgs. dough, are equipped with automatic overturn pneumatic system with dismountable shafts to enable easy cleaning operations
  • Independent fan for drying of the extruded product
  • Electric panel on board of the machine featuring control board in stainless steel and all control devices
  • Electronic speed variator (inverter) enabling variable production capacity for coupling with forming machines.

VACUUM VERSION

Special version equipped with device for vacuum extrusion fitted to the extrusion basin; device composed of special construction of mixing basin and relevant extrusion channel with seals for vacuum, vacuum pump equipped with joints to the extrusion basin, filtering and lubricating system, control devices.

Model equipped with the following:

  • Automatic pasta cutter for electronic control of cutting speed.
  • Extrusion cylinder equipped with circuit prearranged for cooling with water to be wasted.
  • Pressure switch to control exercise pressure complete with safety device to stop the machine in case of overpressure.
  • Electronic speed variator.

Centrifuge Pre-Mixer is included in the standard equipment so as to ensure high quality and excellent performances

Reliability and engineering quality are the features that have belonged to the MAC 200 model for years, which are now the peculiar features of the MAC 220 models. All models are equipped with centrifuge pre-mixer enabling perfect hydration of the powder ingredients and homogenization/amalgamation of the raw materials making up the dough. Production cycle is fully automatic and continuous.

The following models are available:

  • model equipped with horizontal extrusion head (VRO model), easy to operate;
  • model equipped with vertical extrusion head (VRC model), completely in stainless steel, equipped with piston for automatic ejection of the pasta die, impulse-cutting device for special shapes, manometer for control of the extrusion pressure.

As an OPTION all models can be fitted with VACUUM EXTRUSION DEVICE used to eliminate the air micro-bubbles in the dough, thus ensuring more brilliant, homogeneous final product.

  • Pasta-cutter complete with 6 pcs. knives with interchangeable blades, functioning with electronic control of cutting speed
  • Centrifuge pre-mixer mod. T 300 complete with dosers

Ideal machine for continuous mixing and homogenization of the ingredients making up your dough
Essential for fitting onto continuous mixers to obtain high performances

ITALPAST has developed the concept of PRE-MIXER to amalgamate and homogeneously mix all ingredients making up the dough to reach even distribution of the liquids used to wet flour during the subsequent mixing phase. Besides improving the dough mixtures, something which has been tested first in our lab experimentally and then from a practical point of view during production, another great advantage of the CENTRIFUGE T300 - 1000 are functional capacity and efficiency while cleaning and sanitization operations are carried out.
