GRAVITY FILLERS

Gravity fillers RFC suitable for still water, ambient liquids for PET, glass, PE, bottles. Fillers can be produce as stand alone machines and as monoblock include rinser, filling and closure options (possible product with 2-3 types types of closure options inline).

The quantity of filling valves can be 24 or up to 96 where fillers can product up to 1000 bottles 0,6lt per minute.

Operating description

The air conveyor carries the bottles to the machine infeed star, which separates the bottles and carries them onto the center of the grippers. The grippers then grip the neck of the bottle with two hard rubber pads. When the bottle has been gripped, it is turned upside down by a cam. At the end of the treatment, a cam returns the grippers to the vertical position, and the bottles pass on the exit star wheel. The exit star wheel, which is synchronized with the grippers, takes the bottles and passes them to the filler.

The machine is designed for rinsing of new bottles, gravitational filling by level of juices and closing with plastic screw caps.

  • Rotary rinsing section with ozone treated water working by upturning the bottles. Treatment time and quantity of water injected are adjustable in a wide range. Parts of the bottle which are sterilized: inside volume + throat. The working room is closed with a roof and equipped with aspiration system, to prevent vapours entering into the production premises.
  • Rotary filling section with 24/36/48/60/72/96 dosing valves designed for gravitational filling of juices using pressure overflow system.
  • Capping section - consists of stainless steel turret with Pick-and-Place system, n. 8/12/16/20/28/36 adjustable torque capping heads manufactured in AISI 316L and caps feeding system.

Bottles are handled by the neck which significantly reduces the number of changeable format parts for different cylindrical bottles sizes, when bottles have the same neck.

VOLUMETRIC FILLERS

With the range of equipment of Linker Corporation you can assemble a complete, fully automatic and flexible technological line for filling of liquid edible oils: cold pressed “organic” oils or refined edible oils, as well as other vegetable oils. Every oil type is characterized by its specific viscosity, which predetermines the type of the filling machine. Sometimes the edible oils require “hot” filling, which impacts the type of filling modules to be utilized, as well as the type of containers. The preservation of the quality of the filled oil and its organoleptic characteristics also requires extra attention when selecting the appropriate filling equipment as this can guarantee a highly hygienic bottling process down to the final packing of the product, while avoiding its oxidation at the same time.

Considering the above peculiarities, we have developed and released a highly productive line, comprising weight dosing rotary machines or multiblocs from the FC/FM series with electronic control of the processes, and another, extremely universal line which allows the filling of different oils such as sesame, flax, walnut, argan, corn, grape seed oil, etc., in various containers – diverse glass bottles and jars, cylindrical and flat plastic bottles, and even buckets, tubes and cans. Some of the more rare oils will often require special glass bottles. Linker Corporation does have a solution for such applications, as well.

The volume of the dosed product could vary depending on the containers in the range of 0.1 to 5.0 L for bottles. Depending on the containers the line could be equipped with blow-moulders, 2 or 3 different capping machines and a combined BRB Globus labeling machine for body, back and collar label. The labeling is followed by a robot for group packing of the products in thermo-shrinkable foil with or without cardboard pads by Tecmi packaging machine; or packing in cardboard boxes of DNC. The effective capacity range that we cover with the different line configurations available is from 4000 bph to 24000 bph, which makes the Linker Corporation equipment competitive over a wide range.

Weight filling technology

The weight filling technology allows for impeccable filling accuracy. The powerful machine software automatically converts weight into volume when necessary. Various correction parameters are available for modification and storing in the machine’s memory in order to reach maximal precision according to the type of the oil filled.

The lack of gaskets and moving parts in the filling valves further contributes to the immaculate hygiene.

When applying weight dosing, utilising highly precise and reliable load cells, we can guarantee excellent accuracy and smooth laminar gravitational flow of the product, keeping its structure intact. The use of our patented filling valve combined with controlled multi-degree valve opening and closing system allows us to achieve high filling speed on top of all the above features.

  • FM weight flowmeter with pneumatic shut-off valves LOAD CELL description The load cell is fully protected by a laser-welded stainless steel enclosure, the seal between the load application part and enclosure is ensured by a silicone membrane. The pressure compensation between the interior of the load cell and environment, which is necessary for function, is implemented via a venting tube facing downwards. The load cell is designed for degree of protection IP66. The cable output is implemented through the base.

Volumetric filling technology

Considering the preference of the customer and the required capacity, for vegetable oils we offer volumetric filling. This is a traditional filling method utilizing preliminary dosing of a specific volume and its subsequent filling into the containers. The construction of the machines is simple and they are thus easily exploited. The capacity figures available range from 1000 to 15000 bph. The volume can be set manually or automatically from the panel of the machine.

The different types of oils are sold in different containers depending on their characteristics and on the market pecualiarities. In this regard there are various editions of the machines adapted to a concrete type or combination of packaging. The widespread PET bottles (0,5L; 1L and 2L) possess many advantages and can be produced immediately prior to their feeding to the synchrobloc, neck handled at high speed, allowing a higher capacity reach.

The premium quality of cold pressed oils usually requires the use of glass containers with a variety of caps and different label applications. The option of offering equipment capable to work with both PET and glass containers exists as well.

ULTRA CLEAN

For bottling of fresh milk in PET or Glass bottles in ULTRA CLEAN environment Linker offers the models for dairy products, yoghurts, juices and other microbiologically sensitive products.

 The new design of filler synchrobloc in ULTRA CLEAN edition, equipped with all the necessary and specialized systems for filling of microbiologically sensitive products in sterile environment. A system, guaranteeing the conservation of the product for a long time - up to 120 days. Linker dairy/juices provides for clean technology - a sterile environment ISO 5 is maintained in the filling and capping zone. The machine is equipped with a system for real-time control of the processes being performed.

 Machine is flexible. Setting-up for work with different products and containers requires minimal time and is carried out using the specially designed functions that allow you to save the values of different parameters into a predefined sets for a given product/container.

 Different configurations have been designed for the synchrobloc, covering the capacity range of 60 bpm up to 400 bpm for

containers/bottles with capacity from 80 ml up to 5 liters

Purity Protection System

  • Automatic washing and sterilization of the product tank and the filling valves.- Automatic washing and sterilization of the external parts in the machine chamber by dedicated nozzles and spherical spray balls.
  • Overpressure supply of a laminar flow of sterile air in the clean zone for filling and capping in order to prevent contamination arising from the surrounding environment.
  • Centralized system for lead-off of the washing fluids and their return to the CIP system.
  • Highly inclined surfaces “Sloping Base”, welded to the main frame and plate, that serve as the bottom of the machine working zone and provide for quick and complete lead-off of any fluids and faster drying of the machine surfaces.
  • Freestanding safety fencing with safety glass full-area windows, allowing for easy access to the machine from all sides and perfect cleaning of the floor under the carrying construction.
  • CIP system for preparation of washing and disinfecting solutions.
  • Device for preparation of hot hydrogen peroxide Н2О2 solution and sterile water, used for bottles and caps treatment.
  • Device for preparation and supply of sterile air, utilizing enzyme HEPA filters.

Precise Weight Filling

Every gram of the product is valuable both for the consumer and the manufacturer. The weight filling machines from dairy filling machines utilize load cells of the highest class. In addition the machine frame and base is designed in a manner that makes disturbances passed to the load cells negligible. For the precise control of the weight filling process we use complex software - the result of multiple modernizations over the years.All this, combined with the special patented filling valve guarantees absolute precision of filling, providing accuracy of 0.3 to 1.2 grams, depending on the product type and container volume.

Flowrate Filling Technology

The new compact machine of the FFT series uses the flowmetric technology for volume measurement during filling. It is intended especially for moderate size production with increased flexibility, the maximal capacity up to 3600 bph and containers ranging from 0.2 to 5 liters.

Extended Shelf Life

The machine comes equipped with the purity protection system as standard. It utilizes a collector for CIP connection and pump for rinsing fluid lead-off. Provided is sterilization for the bottles and the caps and overpressure supply of a laminar flow of sterile air into the working zone of the machine. Sterilization can be carried out both with hydrogen peroxide based solution and with superheated steam.
